Energy Storage and Utilization

The Energy Storage and Utilization team is at the cutting edge of developing and implementing technologies for more efficient energy storage solutions, focusing on Advanced Battery Materials, Advanced Solid-state Design, and the Advanced Production and Recycling of Battery Materials, as well as the Advanced and Renewable Manufacture of Energy Storage Devices.

They work on pioneering battery materials that offer higher energy densities and longer life cycles while exploring solid-state designs to enhance safety and performance. The team is also deeply involved in improving the sustainability of battery production and recycling processes, ensuring that materials are reused and repurposed to minimize environmental impact. Furthermore, they are innovating in the manufacturing of energy storage devices, incorporating renewable energy sources to reduce the carbon footprint of production. This multifaceted approach aims to revolutionize energy storage technologies, making them more sustainable, efficient, and accessible for a wide range of applications.
